gridtiva.com describes and supports Gridtiva, a software application distributed through the Shopify App Store for editing Shopify metaobject entries.

The website itself does not sell the application. All installation, subscription and billing take place through Shopify.

Access to this website is free. By accessing it you accept these terms.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system;
• reproduce, copy, distribute or modify its content except as permitted below.

The Gridtiva name, logo, the design of this website and its content are the property of Franzsheskoli Carlos Cabrera Toribio or are used under licence, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is not permitted without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.

Shopify and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. Gridtiva is an independent application. Gridtiva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify marks are used solely to describe compatibility.

The operator provides the website content in good faith but does not warrant that it is free from error or that the website will be available without interruption.

The operator is not responsible for the content of third-party websites reachable from links published here.

Use of the Gridtiva application is governed by its own Terms of Service, which prevail over this notice in respect of the application.

6. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data through this website and through the Gridtiva application is described in the Privacy Policy. Where Gridtiva processes personal data on a merchant’s behalf, the Article 28 GDPR terms are in the Data Processing Addendum.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. No consent banner is therefore required under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE.

7. Hosting and platforms

The Gridtiva application is hosted on the Gadget platform (Gadget Inc.), which states that data it holds is stored in Canada and the United States. The application runs inside the Shopify admin.

This website is hosted, delivered and served by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides its authoritative DNS. Cloudflare serves the site from whichever of its edge locations is closest to the visitor, so there is no single hosting country to state.

The Privacy Policy sets out what each of these providers processes and on what basis, including transfers outside the European Economic Area.

8. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute regarding this website will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
